Customers are alerted automatically before their licences expire and can seamlessly complete the renewal process via the AjmanOne government app. If a commercial lease renewal is part of the requirement, the system integrates with the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department to ensure the licence renewal is completed automatically.

Aiming to revolutionize the way government services are delivered, the federal government plans to have 50% of all public services managed by AI agents within the next two years.
