Rain, Strong Winds and Dust Forecast in UAE with Temperatures Reaching 41°C

by admin477351

Weather conditions in the United Arab Emirates are expected to be unsettled this week, with rain, strong winds, and dust making their presence felt across various regions. On Wednesday, inland and mountainous areas may experience wind speeds reaching up to 50 km/h, while temperatures could climb to 41°C. Dust in the air may reduce visibility in some locations.

The forecast indicates a mix of fair to partly cloudy skies, with the potential for convective clouds to form in eastern areas before spreading to inland and western regions. These clouds could bring rainfall as low-pressure systems influence the region’s weather. Winds are anticipated to shift from southeast to northeast, generally blowing at 10–25 km/h but gaining strength during cloud formation, especially along coastal areas and islands where they may reach speeds of 35 km/h.

Temperatures are expected to vary, ranging from 35°C to 41°C inland, 34°C to 38°C along the coast, and 26°C to 32°C in mountainous areas. As night falls, humidity levels could rise to as much as 90% in certain parts, potentially leading to mist or fog in coastal and inland areas. Meanwhile, sea conditions in both the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman are expected to remain slight.

Looking ahead to Thursday, the UAE may see further unsettled weather with cloud development over eastern and western regions, and another chance of rain. Winds could reach speeds of 40 km/h, accompanied by occasional dust. On Friday, partly cloudy conditions are expected to persist, with a possibility of afternoon rain in eastern areas. Increasing humidity could once again result in fog or mist overnight and into Saturday morning.

As the weekend approaches, temperatures are expected to gradually decline. Saturday may witness convective clouds over eastern and northern regions, while Sunday is forecast to bring generally fair to partly cloudy skies. Humid conditions are likely to continue overnight into Monday morning, creating further possibilities for fog or mist. The greatest chances of rainfall are anticipated on Wednesday and Thursday, with conditions expected to become more settled and cooler over the weekend.
